Image resolution

What is the max. resolution that can handles?

sometimes, I get black screen when I push an image to the screen.

Good question. The image format extension uses glslViewer to display the image as a texture, so that’s where the limitation is — there is no image resizing that occurs before passing the image in as a texture (this could be improved).

I’m not a shader expert, and the truth is I’m not sure what the max size is on the RPi (opengl es 2.0?). Maybe 2048x2048? I’ll try to confirm.

Does anyone know the right resolution?
